Call
- Power up the base station.
- Facilitate getting beltpacks and headsets to the crew members.
- Make sure the correct headset goes with each beltpack.
Lunch
- Power down the base station. Keep the cart on charge if possible.
- Facilitate getting all the headsets on charge.
- The beltpacks should go all day on a single charge, so no need to charge them if it is inconvenient. You could encourage crew members to turn them off over lunch.
After Lunch
- Power up the base station.
- Facilitate returning headsets to their users.
Wrap
- Power down the base station.
- Collect headsets and beltpacks.
- Insure that all headsets and beltpacks are charged overnight.
