If you need to add a new beltpack to the system, it is often necessary to update the firmware.
- In the drawer of the cart is a Tenba pouch. In that pouch you will find a dual-standard USB drive which will have the firmware version we are currently running loaded on it.
- Place the USB-A side of the drive into the USB socket on the front of a battery charger.
- Place the beltpack(s) into the charger.
- After a few minutes the beltpack display should tell you the firmware is updating. If the display does not indicate anything, try reinserting the USB drive in the other socket.
- This will take a while.
